BEIJING-- The high-performance, low-priced expert system design launched just recently by startup DeepSeek has developed a wave of attention around the world. DeepSeek-R1 appears to offer efficiency that rivals alternatives from the U.S., asteroidsathome.net but the company says it was developed at less than a tenth of the cost of those designs.
